From dealing with the Sales end all the way through the service department every single person that I have dealt with has provided me with the worst customer service I have experienced in my life. bought a 2021 highland ridge open range 32' with two slides. left their dealership with no brakes. two months later they came from portland oregon to pick it up and repair it, i had to drive and pick it up when it was done. 2 months after that the 12v fridge stopped working and the ac unit stopped working. tried to get it repaired in washintgon since they have a "coast to coast" warranty and nobody will work on it cause i didnt buy it from them. today i have literally been on the phone for 5 hours trying to get this issue re... read more
