Mike, the service manager helped me over the phone with a problem I had with My RV. I was a perfect stranger and he went the extra mile for me. He said he would do some research and he kept his word and called me back until the problem was resolved. I couldn't be more thankful for his help and his commitment to helping a total stranger. Ben at Blue Compass Mobile , Alabama is the salesman of the century in my book. Out of all the dealerships I have dealt with to pursue the purchase of my rv, Ben has been honest, friendly, and patient. My wife, Jennifer and I purchased our Pinnacle in Oct. of 22. We have traveled throughout the country and have been to numerous Jayco authorized dealers, some repeatedly. We encountered electrical challenges for the first time, called Mike Dougharty, left a message and he called us back quite quickly. Services takes forever! Have had for 6 weeks and still no answer for when I will receive it back. The salesman lied about the generator, will only run 2 ac units not 3, cannot use the hot water heater with propane and electric water heater pumps on. Save yourself the hassle and so somewhere else!!
