Mike in service has been outstanding! He has worked along side of us to ensure the multiple issues with our Georgetown were addressed. Mike really has been instrumental in the long journey we have endured for repairs.
I'm doing my homework currently. But Rachel has been outstanding. From our first communication. To the extra time she spent showing me several models. Answered most of the questions I had. I had a lot. The ones she wasn't sure about she made notes for her manager. I have been RVing for the past ten years. She was by far the best sales person I have met. And I have been cross country three times. Blue Compass RV, take care of her. She is a good one.
Everything can be overcome.. Purchasing a RV is a huge investment and requires doing a huge amount of research. This unit is our second RV this year. RV’ing has turned our favorite relaxing space. This Jayco is our second unit this year, our first RV turned out to be a little small for the time we know spend at the campsites.
