Have been trying to get my refund for a deposit back for 15 days now , nobody will give me date on when I will receive the money back and now it is impossible to get anyone to answer the phone or respond to text. Do yourselves a favor and just go next door and buy from Johnny’s Rv.
Mike, the service manager helped me over the phone with a problem I had with My RV. I was a perfect stranger and he went the extra mile for me. He said he would do some research and he kept his word and called me back until the problem was resolved. I couldn't be more thankful for his help and his commitment to helping a total stranger. He really cares about his customers and helping people in need with their rvs
Ben at Blue Compass Mobile , Alabama is the salesman of the century in my book. Out of all the dealerships I have dealt with to pursue the purchase of my rv, Ben has been honest, friendly, and patient.
