We recently bought a used 2023 Airstream Flying Cloud from Blue Compass, Jacksonville. The service we received was absolutely top notch. We bought our brand new RV on July 5th. Took our first trip the next week and had several issues with it including the microwave suddenly not working. We were told to come in on a Tuesday after our trip to get these warranty items taken care. Our RV has sat at the dealership since then and has not been even looked at. I was promised return phone calls at least 4 times over the last month to let me know what progress has been done. Each promise of a call never came, I had to call myself to check on it. We were treated in a very friendly manner by both Hannah and Koby. Koby Johnson was a wonderful and patient salesman. He certainly answered all our questions, steering us to the right small camper for a first time buyer.
