I had a very disappointing experience with Blue Compass RV in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Purchasing and paper work went smoothly, unfortunately that's where it stopped. First, the battery was missing a cover, and despite their promise to send a replacement, I never received it. Second, they guaranteed full propane bottles, but they claimed I went through an entire bottle in just two days, which is simply impossible. I took my camper to blue compass for them to look at my A/C that was not blowing cold air and had a sewer leak. They called and quoted me almost $4,000 to put a new A/c in and replace the waste valves on my grey and black tank. I knew I needed a new A/c because Bish's RV told me a month earlier, so I was not surprised by that. What I was surprised by was they almost doubled the quote that Bish's gave me.
