Kathleen was great . There was a tech service bulletin to have our slide out replaced with updated schwintec . Took Rv in and was in and out in 3 hrs. Got to wal-mart and noticed some interior screws missing and was going to fix myself as figured just do it myself. Got to our camp a hour away and noticed slide seal ripped and tried to silicone piece back on . (No one mentioned this ). The I looked on other side and found wires on brand new motor chewed up . Apparently the slide motor popped up , spun and tore wires is what I... read more

We were headed back from Yellowstone on Vacation the last week of Sept in 2024 when the leaf spring broke on our travel Trailer. We looked up this dealership on google called and asked if they would be able to work on our Travel trailer. And they said yes. Once we had it towed there which was after hours the nice lady in the service dept met us and opened the gates so we could part it on there lot.
