We purchased a "new to us" RV from Blue Compass in Bend. The staff were all excellent, Our sales person, Jesse was exceptional. No pressure, seemed genuinely interested in meeting our needs. Throughout the whole process, he maintained exceptional communication. Emily in financing is equally as great, The two of them made the whole process very smooth. We have had our RV for about a month now and we are very satisfied.
Nate at Blue Compass RV is never going to give up with getting you your dream RV. I had practically threw in my hat because I had no long term purchasing history. Called the service department a number of times, left messages was assured I would be called back and never received a returned call.
What a great experience working with Nate over the last few years as we have looked at several trailers and 5th wheels before making our final decision. Nate always welcomed us in, never pressured us, kept in touch - in a not-high pressure way. This time we found the 5th wheel that checked all the boxes and together he and TJ put together a very solid and fair deal for us WHICH also included a very fair and solid trade in deal for our previous trailer.
