Blue Collard Catering was fantastic to work with—Super responsive and very accommodating! They went above and beyond by making arrangements for an early pickup, which really helped with our schedule.The wraps and salads were fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared in corporate lunch boxes for Teacher Appreciation Week. Blue Collard Catering did an incredible job catering our recent event. From the start, they were professional, easy to work with, and full of helpful suggestions that really made the planning process smooth.
