Josh is super friendly and knowledgable. We had a problem that wasn't easy to track down, and he patiently brought me through all the potential causes. After discussing our situation for a good while, he figured out where the issue was and fixed it in short order. I recommend their service to anyone needing an electrician.

I am new to NC and learning the ropes, I was referred to Josh by one of my clients. I received a response immediately and he was available the next day although I had to postpone in worry of finances. Josh is very professional as well as the young man that assisted him. Josh saved my daughter's birthday sleepover. Our heat went out the day before it and that day was going to be a high in the 30s. He didn't have to come the next day, when he initially said it would be a day later, but he made room and fixed the problem so that my daughter could have a fun birthday sleepover with her friends, instead of freezing to death.

Had Josh come for a maintenance of 4 units and to diagnose an issue with one of my heaters. Very informative on what problem was impacting my heater. Gave me multiple options at different price points. Respectful and fair.
