I just moved in, but so far, I am pleased with my experience. The owners are Cranbrook/Kimberley locals, and this husband and wife duo seem to operate as a well oiled machine. Their customer service has been prompt and helpful, and they operate by the book (which I appreciate). The facility itself is secure and clean, and tenants are provided swift and safe access. I feel much more confident having my belongings stored here, with these folks, instead of their competitors just down the street.

Very pleased with the set up of the unit. I feel my unit is safe, the compound is well kept, and love that I get reminders when payment is due! Thank you so much for all you do!!
