Brandon came out for a check on my system and was very professional and empathetic. He clearly explained what the issues were with my system and what my best options would be for replacement. He wasn't pushy or a hard salesman. Just a genuine kind man that wanted to see the best for me and my house. Keisha in his office is also amazing at keeping you up to date on the process and is prompt to call if anything changes.
I will not use them again. My mini split system needed 3lbs of R410-A refrigerant. Now, to my downfall, I didn’t ask how much it would be as I knew the going rate for the refrigerant and figured $1-200 for a service call. To my surprise they charged me $200 for the 1st pound of refrigerant and $350 for the other 2 pounds which is absolutely ridiculous. Total bill was $600 with tax and they were here for 1 hour. R410-A can be had for about $50 per pound.
I had Blue Collar HVAC install a complete new system. They were very quick and did an outstanding job. Very competitive on price with name brand equipment. Cleaned everything up and you couldn't even tell they were ever there. Brandon and Christian were very professional and nice and I would use them again!
Brandon is extremely friendly and does something most other HVAC companies don’t do - he explains things in a way that make sense to me! I appreciated the help he offered and the speed in which he got to servicing my HVAC. Thank you!
Called on Tuesday afternoon to get my HVAC serviced after the gas company red tagged it. They offered to come out that evening but I scheduled for Wednesday morning at 10AM. Brandon came out did a thorough inspection and had my furnace back up and running by 11AM! Great prices and very professional!
