I have been at Blue Collar Garage for 3 years and have plenty of space to grow. The rent covers everything ... power, water, wifi and garbage/snow removal. If I have a question they reply quickly, often in person as they are on site most days. They are helpful. They made some necessary upgrades to my kitchen area so it could be AHC. I rented off Blue Collar Garage this last year and they were great to deal with. They were flexible when I moved in and made sure I was able to get into a space that best fit my needs. When I had to move out they were understanding and made things easy for me. I left the shop clean and on schedule and they had my damage deposit back to me within a few days. If I ever need some shop space again I will be calling them first. Thanks guys!

Mike/ Michael didn’t follow the agreed lease terms, violated our policy’s and disrespected his neighbours. We run a shared space and out of respect for all users we enforce agreed lease terms!

We did not violate any of the terms or the agreement and we were respectful of all the neighbours as we have worked with them since moving on from this facility and continue to do so. We would be happy to show the violations committed by blue collar garages and their management
