We asked for a quote, Eric came to our home reviewed what needed to be done & said he would send a quote in a day or 2, lead time was about 2 weeks & take 6 hrs to complete. Sounded great. We waited & waited but we never heard from him. Very unprofessional and frankly confusing & rude. More confusing are the positive feedbacks & polite responses sure had me fooled.
Unresponsive. Not professional. I guess they don't care about residential jobs. Even when the job would be approximately $2,000.
