I contacted Ryan Barden, one of the owners of Blue Coast Aluminum, in March of this year for a Pergola, They did not want to come out, but based on the information I provided they sent me a quote by email of appr. $ 48,000.00. Buyer Beware!! We had a massive screen enclosure installed and a fence. The screws all rusted out after 2 years. They never put screw covers on. We called and they said we never used them!! We had to send a copy of our building permit. We requested screw covers after 2 years of calls they finally dropped a bag of 10 WHITE covers and screws for our BROWN screen enclosure. We needed 60!! They all are rotted/rusted out. We recommended them to 20 of our clients that used them. Terrible service!!
We installed a massive screen enclosure and fence with Blue Coast. The screws never had screw caps put on like all our neighbors had put on by different companies. After 2 years all the screws rusted out. We have called for screw caps/covers for 2 years with no response. George was assigned as our salesman after Charlie was unable to complete quote. George spent an unusual amount of time answering our questions and concerns. After he presented quote we explained there was a significant price difference bewtween them and another company, After reviewing the competition quote they arranged to meet the pricing. TERRIBLE customer service. Came to our home to look at a nice sized job and never provided the estimate or returned phone calls.
The worst customer service I have ever seen Been waiting 6-7 months now I have called Charlie ( the owner ) doesn’t call back I’ve called Frank- on call back I’m surprised they are still in business DONOT USE THIS COMPANY
Horrid customer service. They took our first payment and basically disappear. Constant calls, emails, texts to remind them to come and complete the job to no avail. Thinking about reporting them to the business bureau. They DO NOT care, DO NOT follow up. DO NOT deliver. Think twice about hiring this company.
Blue Coast Aluminum did 2 screened patios for us and I highly recommend them. They were very professional and did a great job. We were very happy with their work. I was amazed they set up ladders to climb over a 7 foot wall to get to the back yard & carry themselves & the materials over it, rather than dragging everything through our garage, the only other access - very creative & less of a hassle, to say the least! We also recommend the Sales Rep George!,
