I had the misfortune of dealing with an operator from this company, and let me tell you, it was a nightmare from start to finish. Not only were they completely incompetent, but they also displayed a shocking lack of professionalism that left me utterly flabbergasted. First of all, trying to get through to speak to someone was like trying to navigate a maze blindfolded.
