Efficient, great clean and excellent communication- would recommend
I used this company for a couple years and it was such a bad experience. I lost $1000’s in short terms stay revenue because of basic things being missed time and time again. I tried my best to work with them and address issues which they always apologised for but never took accountability. As I work remotely there were major issues that cost me so much money in repairs because they hadn’t do basic cleaning. For the first time in owning a property for 30 years had mould appear. I am working remotely with this company and can highly recommend them. I am receiving five star reviews thanks to their care and attention to detail. I particularly love getting the photos of the place at the end of the clean so I know it is well done. they make my life much easier and I can run things smoothly
I do not recommend this company! They are "competitive" for a reason- poor quality of work which you will end up paying more for someone else to do it properly. I contacted this company telling them that it had failed the standard and informed them we had to pay an extra $200 to get it done properly. They have not responded at all for them to "guarantee the work that they did". I have emailed them and connected on Facebook as with previous communication.
