My technician was amazing!
We filed a complaint regarding inaccurate and potentially deceptive billing practices with the BBB. The initial invoice we received totaled $1,395 and included charges for trapping and removal ($295), exclusion work ($300), and dig defense services ($800). We specifically requested that the invoice be revised to include only the trapping and removal service, as that is the only work that was completed.
