We were fortunate to find Blue Chip via a Google search 2 years ago. We flip & remodel homes as a living, Joe and his team have worked with us on around 7 projects so far ranging in price from a few thousand to over $750,000. I have no hesitation recommending Joe and his team for anything they are willing to commit too.
We just moved to Raleigh and purchased a home that needed some TLC. Joe/Blue Chip Construction completely redid our back porch and made it part of the home! He also replaced our entry door! Both look unbelievable. Great job! 5 stars. Easy to work with. On budget. Honest. Open. Hard worker and hard working team. Not satisfied until you are happy. We will use him for future renovations. Highly recommend. My pictures don’t do his work justice.
I worked with Joe for a remodel at my home in the Fall of 2025. He was prompt and courteous. He did a full walk through the home and project with me, we talked through ideas and challenges he saw. He prepared a detailed proposal for the project with sequence breakouts and pricing. He also included cutsheets for the materials and construction which I was able to review.
