Do Not Rent! Do not rent from blue chariot management. They take months to solve any issues within your residence, and at that barely fix the problems. I had a washer problem that took them 4-5 months to actually fix. They are not clear about your lease. They do not communicate well, the property manager that I was assigned did not know how to answer a single question I had. it took them 2 and a half months of hassling them to “approve” my security deposit refund after the walkthrough where i was told “This is the best i’ve ... read more
