They charged me twice for fuel. Rented a boat in July 2025. Paid for the boat rental when I made the reservation. Paid for the fuel a few days later after they filled it back up. No problem. In October 2025 they sent me a new invoice that automatically charged my card again for fuel. Tried for a week to get a hold of them using emails, website contact form, texted the number I used in July, and 2 different listed phone numbers for them. No response at all, so I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Bad way to do b... read more
The guys at Blue Cat are awesome. Very good at what they do. The pontoon boat we rented was in great clean condition and well maintained. No issues at all. Would definitely rent from them again!
