old white lady driver cut me and my mate off in the company car and then gave us the finger. we are dissatisfied. the number plate was 716 ZOX. We would appreciate if this matter is handled as i wouldn’t want my grandma in this care.
Our loved one came to Bluecare Dicky Beach in 2020 at the beginning of the Covid pandemic. The admin and clinical staff were amazing as they negotiated some very trying times as they kept our loved one safe and empathised with concerns regarding visitation. Our dad was a much loved resident at Dicky Beach which was reflected in his personal, mental and physical well being. After visiting a friend ~The staff can hardly speak English and the nurses are rude and obnoxious! If you love your loved ones then send them somewhere else. I'm already planning and saving for a alternative to these facilities 😔
Advert says 9am - 5pm every day. But phone number only answers business hours Monday ti Friday and Sat morning. No way to check on ailing relatives outside those hours. 😡
