Do not send your family here! They have zero care factor and you are only another number to them. My grandma had the worst care while she was there for 4 months before passing. She ended up passing away from a clot in her foot, which took almost 3 days for the staff to respond too. When she complained of pain in her foot, they said she was just upset about her family leaving and wasn’t actually in pain.
