Laura did an excellent job finding and working on knots she found in my back. Most therapists just go through the motions. She actually focused on removing issues. I would see her again.
My partner and I did a couples massage. I thought I would be nervous. Not only did I feel comfortable from the start but also was able to relax. Most importantly, my partner, who has chronic back pain, said his back has felt better since.
The class I went to last night was great! Temperature of the room was perfect, the instructor was thorough & attentive to everyone, as well the music was on point. I’ll definitely go back!!!
Blue Buddha offers a range of classes for different energy and skill levels. The instructors are knowledgeable, with thoughtful flows. And they’ve through of everything—down to hair ties in the bathroom in case you forgot your own!
