I booked a massage for a special occasion, and due to a communication mix-up involving a potential reschedule or cancellation, my card was charged anyway. Since I had already paid, I showed up at my scheduled time, only to be met by staff who acted confused and visibly annoyed that I walked in. They offered to reschedule me for later, but insisted I would have to pay a second time. Completely unprofessional handling of a booking error and a frustrating experience.
I had the most incredible massage today! Noelle is new to the Blue Buddha team, and I honestly can't say enough wonderful things about my experience. It was the best massage I ever had. I am grateful the owner hired her and I cant wait to book again.
I came here for a facial and it was such a great experience! Everything was so clean, the decor was tasteful and relaxing, and the skin products were very luxurious. Lydia did an exceptional job with my facial - from the application, to the technique, to the conversation, and even the education. I’ve been a member at Blue Buddha Healing Arts for about two years and absolutely love it here! I’ve taken many of their classes and have had such great experiences, but Aerial Yoga with Jen has definitely become one of my favorites. Blue Buddha has such a calming, welcoming atmosphere. The instructors are wonderful, the students are always so friendly, and I genuinely look forward to coming to class.
