I have insured two horses through Blue Bridle and both were a breeze to set-up and renew each year. When I had any questions on policy coverage, Cindy was very patient and helped me understand how it worked. Predators. For 10 years they were so eager and friendly while taking my money each year. Then when the worst imaginable tragedy happened I never even heard from my friendly agent Cindy. Not one word of condolence. Not even when I reached out about the status of my claim did she bother to acknowledge our loss. If anything she was short and bothered by the inquiry.
