I accompanied my friend during her appointment and the consultant seemed inexperienced and frankly not knowledgeable. She didn’t clamp the dresses properly, offer proper accessories to help visualize the final look, nor did she give good advice to help us narrow down our choice. While my initial experience with Blue Bridal was awful, Stephanie more than redeemed herself and left me a satisfied customer. Originally, I received a call by Megan to organize my appointment and after confirming logistics, she unfortunately forgot to hang up the phone. That’s when I had the pleasure of hearing her mock my voice, call me “weird” and laugh with her coworker that I sounded like a robot. I had so so much fun trying all the unique dresses! The blue bridal ladies are so so helpful and sweet! I appreciate their patience as it was so hard to decide on a dress because they’re all so pretty! I highly recommend booking an appointment with them!

Omg, Blue Bridal is THE place to get your wedding dress! I have never in my life had such an amazing shopping experience. Stephanie is THE girl! She had champagne ready, Taylor Swift on the background I couldn’t have ask for a better person to help me pick my dress. She listened to all my wants and needs and provided a selection of the most beautiful dresses I have ever seen, she even talked me into trying something outside of my comfort zone and I ended up loving it!
