I got stranded twice on my trip and there were loads of uncertain checkout times. They were able to help me and meet all my accommodation needs. The rooms were clean and my cat loved it. A special shoutout to Lana who was like my second mom during my stay. Cannot recommend highly enough

Extremely disappointing experience. I arrived after 8:00 p.m. on a Friday night with a confirmed, paid reservation. The hotel had rooms available, but the front desk refused to honor my reservation and would only let me stay if I paid the regular rack rate. I found the interaction unfriendly and dismissive, and I was simply sent away to find somewhere else to stay. I would not trust a confirmed reservation at this property again.

This was a super nice hotel for the price! Staff were very friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean and everything has been updated.

Don’t be fooled by the outside, the inside is clean and the welcoming. Room was comfortable and clean. Parking was convenient. The breakfast was basic. Only bagels or cereal. It’s definitely a budget hotel, or good for a quick overnight. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything, and there are gaps underneath the doors so you not only hear the hallway but see the light.
