Great new rooms, plenty of parking, and super helpful staff. Straight up Hilton professionals...
They have recently redone this place. The beds were super comfortable. Pillows are always awesome. The room was clean. My only complaint is the walls are paper thin. I would definitely recommend this place if stopping in for the night passing through Evanston
We came to watch my niece play soccer, but the swimming pool and tread mills were out of order. Which was one of the main reasons for us choosing the spark. We were disappointed in the breakfast choice too
While checking in I had asked what the latest check out time was, the person at the front desk stated it was noon and asked if we wanted that time. We said yes and he said sure, let him note it down. But when it was close to 11:00 am came we heard a knock and shout from inside our room, not ready yet. Then at 11:08am we heard another knock and while walking to answer the door, the door opened and the lady said sorry, realizing we were still inside our room. On my way from Colorado to Idaho, this was a convenient, welcoming, and comfortable place to spend the night. I received immediate service when I arrived at 2am and was accommodated with a late checkout (12pm). Standard wifi was great for remote work in the room (first floor) and breakfast area. Would stop here again!
