No elevator so not super accommodating for those with disabilities.
If I could give 3.5 stars I would. The personnel at front desk were very professional/friendly/kind. Love that the room had flooring and no carpet. Healthier for all. The doors to the rooms brought in too much light at night and there was a suction to it when a door across from us would open/close their door. Made our door make noise. This isn't necessarily on you but there were kids on level up from us racing up and down the hallway.
