Installed our outdoor shower and did an awesome job! Made it exactly how my wife and I pictured! Nothing better than showering outside! Highly recommend! Amazing and honest work!
Water heater failed right before a holiday weekend. Contacted Blue Dog and within the hour Aaron and two coworkers had the broken water heater removed, the new one installed and the work area was clean. He explained everything before starting and their entire team, including the dispatch coordinators, were totally polite and professional. Great job.
We had a surprise, somewhat urgent, need to fix a water line in our yard. Blue Boxer came as recommendation from another plumber who does not perform this kind of service. I now know why. The whole process, from start to finish was excellent. We were well informed not only of the plan, but possible outcomes and their remedies before work began. Eric worked on our outside water connections / bibs to eliminate leaks we had and unclogged some of our bathroom and the kitchen sinks. He was very professional, treated us and our home with respect (never needed to be asked to put shoe covers on when coming inside, never slammed doors when in and out but courteous with our home), very patient with our questions, knowledgeable about fixes for each of the problems we had and just overall a hard worker!
