Blue Box Plumbing owners are extraordinary people. The softeners we had installed years ago are still working great. We had an issue over the weekend, no water, and they were more than generous with their time as they resolved the issue. The issue was not even related to their products! THANK YOU~
I purchased a water softener in 6/2017 the resin tank has 10 warranty, plus their terms that states that "we will at our option, either do the work again at no labor cost or refund your payment" they came with the excuse that they do not service Pinellas but they go to Clearwater? in what county is Clearwater?! They alleged that they moved to Plant City, no help from their part and I place a complaint to the BBB, found out that they don't have plumbing license and at this moment they owe me as per their terms $495.50 for the... read more
I cannot say enough great things about how good this company was everything from the time I scheduled the appointment to the job being finished everybody was incredibly professional helpful and courteous they did a outstanding job and the two gentleman that came out to my house worked until around 7 o’clock and we’re not going to leave until they had it done and cleaned up I could not be more happy with their work it was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had in dealing with a home repair I highly recommend them
