I’m a procrastinator when it comes to calling for professional help on things that need to be taken care of. But recently a basement wastewater pump attached to my basement bathroom seems to be going off every several hours when the room is not being utilized. We called these people and they charged us $157.00 for the service call and said they would be here by 4pm. When they did not show they said they would not be able to come until the next day. I called the next day at 1:30 to get an ETA and the guy that answered told me the tech was not responding. So I asked him to cancel and he said I would need to call the office for a refund. So I asked him for the office number and he gave me the same number I just called. So I questioned that and he said yes! So I asked him for the refu... read more
