So the coffee is great! However, maybe the person at the cashier was having a bad day but she wasn’t that great and by the look at her face she didn’t want to be there. She wasn’t focus and spilled my drink, and she seem annoyed by re making it again.

The hot chocolate is good and the atmosphere are nice and clean. It’s a good coffee shop for hanging out with friends or chill around while doing your work.
Terrible experience at Blue Bottle. First, they don’t even have a vanilla latte on the menu – which is surprising, since all it takes is a simple vanilla syrup. Then, when you order an iced latte, they don’t bother asking if you’d like sugar. Instead, they hand it over and expect you to somehow mix sugar into a cold drink – which obviously doesn’t dissolve well. I had to remove all the ice just to stir it properly. The barista added a special touch by making a heart design in the foam of both lattes ☕, which made the visit warm and memorable.
