Horrible storage facility, I rented a storage the last week of April 2026. I did not go to my unit until May 9th 2026 due to still packing and I lived 2 hours away. After driving all of that time with my car full of my stuff to put in storage. There was another customers lock on the space. I reached out May 9th at 4pm I didn’t not receive response until at 8:45-9pm that night. Friendly service, but I don't understand why I don't have access to my property 24/7. When there is a security gate with code for access to my personal belongings when I consistently pay on Time. I often need access to important documents, medical records, other personal items. I believe that access to personal storage lockers should given to customers on a Case by Case priority at the Managers, renters , and owners discretion. Please and thank your consideration.

Wish they would update their payment options where you could pay online cause apparently hours of operations doesn't apply to them. Have repeatedly tried to pay for my unit and they aren't open when they are supposed to be.
