Friendly service, but I don't understand why I don't have access to my property 24/7. When there is a security gate with code for access to my personal belongings when I consistently pay on Time. I often need access to important documents, medical records, other personal items. I believe that access to personal storage lockers should given to customers on a Case by Case priority at the Managers, renters , and owners discretion. Please and thank your consideration.
Wish they would update their payment options where you could pay online cause apparently hours of operations doesn't apply to them. Have repeatedly tried to pay for my unit and they aren't open when they are supposed to be.
