April is truly a wonderful healer. Over the last decade I have been to countless acupuncturist, none as skilled as April. There was an immediate shift and I felt I was In much better spirits, slept better, and felt more balanced! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to feel better physically, emotionally, and mentally!! Go see her, you won't regret it!

You want the best acupuncture done on you come see Dr April Fitzsimmons she is the best hands down I had many treatments done for my restless legs when done I can feel the difference right away ! Also was treated for my bad back , all I can say is wow and thank you if you want the best go see the best in St Augustine
