The front desk receptionist at the West Loop location is by far one the most rudest & unprofessional young women employed by the entire company. Not sure who hired her, but she should absolutely have no contact with people at all.

I cannot express enough how much Blue Bird - west loop means to my and little one. It is truly an exceptional place with exceptional people and we are going to miss It so much 🥹🤍 thank you so much Blue Bird - west loop for all you’ve done for us.

My daughter flourished there they supported her and myself as a family. They raise the bar and standard of how a school should be. Adding more academic learning to curriculum would be perfect. Staff are dedicated and supportive. As an educator I'm really impressed! My BCBA Melissa was fantastic too!

We are so grateful that we found Blue Bird Day for our daughter, Arianna, who has autism and ADHD with their support and too many therapist to name. I know that her speech therapy has improved so much with the help of Pooja (Speech therapy), Janette (Occupational therapy), Mariel (Social Work), and Helen and her crew for Applied Behavioral Therapy (ABA). We are so grateful for Blue Bird Day. Everyone has been incredibly supportive and helpful with our child’s needs. I especially want to recognize Gemma, who truly goes above and beyond. Her patience, care, and consistency make such a difference, and we feel very lucky to have her.
