The lady working there (old, grey long hair, Indian-looking) was terrible. She 1) didn't hang up the phone while the customer was there, and 2) because she was on her phone, she didn't listen to what I clearly said — “debit” card. I also asked to cancel the charges and redo it because she added a credit card fee to my charge. She refused to do so.
