The lady working there (old, grey long hair, Indian-looking) was terrible. She 1) didn't hang up the phone while the customer was there, and 2) because she was on her phone, she didn't listen to what I clearly said — “debit” card. I also asked to cancel the charges and redo it because she added a credit card fee to my charge. She refused to do so. I have used their services every month for 8 years straight for all my high quality clothes, plus whenever I need a special care, I come here because I trust their amazing quality! Silk / cashmere / linen / wool clothes - I have never had any issue. I highly recommend Blue Bird Cleaners!
Charley at Blue Bird Cleaners is amazing! I brought in my favorite swimsuit cover that unfortunately was stained with sunscreen and yellowing under the arms. I was about to throw it away and he suggested that I try a new cleaning method called Wet Cleaning. I am so glad I did! It looks brand new now. So happy with how it turned out and can't wait to wear it in Mexico this week.
