What a blessing! After 6 months and 8 dental offices.....today was my blessing! My Hawley upper retainer, wire broke/popped 6 months ago, and it has taken 6 months to find someone who could repair it. The other dental offices were either trying to recruit me to be their patient or wanted to switch me into a new product. 🤦♀️ Dr. David Markowitz office was clean, orderly, and he and his staff were welcoming! I am extremely disappointed with my $5,000 Invisalign treatment. I came in wanting to fix a single tooth, but the issue was never corrected, and my front teeth are now visibly misaligned with the center of my face. I was told it could be fixed. So it was very unexpected when I was told that I would need to purchase additional trays if it wasn’t corrected.
