Malcom came to look at our house today and he did an excellent job. He looked at the foundation to track the trace and found the carpenter ants with their nest at the tree nearby. He suggested us what to do to get rid of them.
Outstanding, locally owned, entrepreneurial small business that is expertly led by its founder. Our technician, Zach out of the Lee’s Summit office was friendly and focused. He took care of us thoroughly and efficiently. This was our first time using Blue Beetle and I will tell you they kill pests better than most. You can’t beat the price for the value created. We will definitely be repeat customers.
We had a previous pest control company coming to service our home, but any time we missed them due to work coming up, it was very hard to get them back out within the same quarter we paid for to treat inside.
