Give it ZERO stars if the was possible. Showed up Wednesday (May 24) to get stuff out of storage, my lock was missing and they had a red lock on it, turned out someone broke into my storage unit and NO ONE in formed ME (they claim they did but I went through my call records and NO ONE CALLED FROM KO NOR BLUE BEAR). They said someone would be there in two hours, we asked if we could leave and come back because I live in Shawnee and had to get my kids.
