The initial tech that came to my flooded basement was great. Documented everything, setup a dehumidifier for me and let me know more people would come tomorrow to put in air blowers and more dehumidifiers. I already removed the standing water, it was only wet drywall/carpet at this point. Texted me the next day they had a busy schedule and couldnt get me in, fine, next day same thing.
