Andrew was a great salesman. He was friendly, extremely informative and not pushy (a HUGE plus). Personality and character matter a lot to this customer and I went with Blue Bear, because Andrew took the time to explain everything in layman's terms and didn't try to coerce me into moving forward.
Jayden did an excellent job attending to my furnace carbon monoxide alarm as well as looking over how I winterized the outside faucet. He replaced the gasket I had on hand to my dishwasher. Also- he gave me information how I can winterize my indoor floor AC. Very pleased with his work and time attending to these items.
The tam has worked professionally and was reliable. They also had a follow up after installation.
