Relieved this company provides the annual inspection service heading into heating season. Would like to comment that their scheduling/desk staff members are the most pleasant and attentive I have encountered!

We woke up to water leaking from the basement ceiling. We had no idea where in the house it was coming from or how to stop it. We called Blue Bear and they sent a plumber - same day - and he located and fixed the problem within an hour. He had to pull out everything from under a sink, test a dishwasher, ice maker and auxiliary water filtration system to find the leak. He found it and stopped it quickly.
