If there was a option for zero star, I would have clicked on that because this guys don’t even deserve a one star. They have terrible service and terrible technicians who don’t repair nothing. They would just take your money for nothing. Their customer service is so bad that they would just hang up on you.
My appointment had to be rescheduled 2x for reasons that were out of Blue Bear’s control.. but other than that, I had a very pleasant experience! From talking with Brittany on the phone for updates and Mikey who helped me with my plumbing issue, it was overall great! I highly recommend Blue Bear- so friendly/polite and responsive!
Service technician was very efficient and explained everything. All in all great service
Always professional service. Much appreciated. Glad to be a Blue Care member! Definitely worth it.
