Hired them to stain a new deck in the backyard. Marginal quality of work done. Texted asking for follow up / fixing after sending photos of marginal work and have not heard back. Would not recommend.
Cameron and his crew did a wonderful job staining our deck. They got started quickly after providing a quote for the work. They were efficient and thorough and did the work start to finish.
Very surprised by the owners response. I will suggest anyone doing business with them should consider a more professional and experienced firm. It's pretty clear these folks have very poor communication, painting, drywall and business experience. After 4 days of work, Blue Bear only made a mess in the house and completed no painting or drywall repair. Appears to be a single-man show with no helpers and few skills. Once we contracted with another local firm, it's amazing how well the project came out after only 2 days.
We had a great experience with Blue Bear and our asheville bungalow! Cameron was super responsive and went well beyond expectations including spraying wasp nests in several areas at no extra charge. We were not sure on color so they provided a number of recommendations for the deck, house and doors and the result was better than I could have expected.
