Mr. Josh Diamond came out to verify my mother's a/c unit. He was sincere, professional, and very knowledgeable of his work. Great experience! Professional, friendly, quick and knowledgeable. Had a new HVAC condenser replaced (by a different company) and ended up with headaches immediately. Took them a week to get a tech out to figure out why and they had zero suggestions and told me there was mold their installer missed. Called Blue Bear the next day and they sent out a tech same day. We were pleased with the timely and professional installation of two new, programmable thermostats.
Isaac was friendly and thorough. Our AC is blasting cold air once more and he laid out a maintenance plan to keep it working going forward.
