Came home last night and the house was WARM...AC was down. Called my current (now former) HVAC firm, and they were not available for over 24 hours. Contacted Blue Bear Heating & Air and they sent a tech first thing in the AM. Joshua arrived, diagnosed the problem (failed solenoid) in 2-minutes, fixed the issue, and the AC is back in business! THis is a great example of 5-star service...I'll be moving my annual maintenance to Blue Bear! Thank you Joshua!!!
Alex was absolutely wonderful, he arrived earlier than expected and was very knowledgeable. He had a smile on his face and was friendly and ready to help! He got our AC running in no time. Would absolutely recommend this company and Alex specifically!!
AGAIN, Blue Bear came to the rescue at 9:30 at night! Alex came and cleaned out my system which had backed up and caused my AC not to run.This company has won my business for life, and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs AC work!!
