Great experience with this company today. Knowledgeable, professional and walked me through the ins and outs of my air conditioning unit. Love how they send a picture of the person coming to your home and sent email they were on their way.
I'm so impressed with this company! I got same day service and Daniel the technician was able to take pictures of my a/c unit in the attic plus I was given several options with written price breakdown so I knew exactly what I would be getting. I 100% recommend this company. Also as a woman I appreciate that they sent a picture of the technician that would be working on my unit. 5 stars!
We just got the best service and price from Blue Bear Heating & Air!! Josh saved our 10-year-old HVAC system after another company sent out an inexperienced tech who blew up the new motor he tried to install -- because he plugged it in backwards! Then he blamed his mistake on the motor. Even though it was a hot, muggy Friday afternoon and we had out-of-town guests, the other company said they could not fix it until later the next week, and they would use a more expensive motor.
