I use Blue Beacon a lot but had never had the opportunity to discover how deep their customer service truly runs. I had an issue with a trailer washout not being up to par and I was pleasantly surprised how they went truly above and beyond to make things right. They didn't do like others might and say, "We'll do better next time", they actually made sure to do it right THIS time. He even found things I wouldn't have noticed and made sure it was perfect. I’m a regular customer of Blue Beacon Truck wash I’m coming to Blue Beacon but this location sucks I ask them to wash my truck engines the did a great job on that but washing my truck as you can see in the video it is not even cleaned the dirt out of my truck I dont recommend this place for a better quality wash
