I came here for a washout the guy did everything but wash my trailer out lost my load had to come back and they claim they never heard me say washout I will never ask for anything else another then what I came for again is what I learned from this experience
The worst truck wash, but it used to be better. If i could give -1 star. Then they told me, "Come back again, we'll wash it for you again." Why should I come back again? Do I have so much time that I'm wasting an hour at the truck wash?
Shout to Ryan for exceptional customer service. He does a great job at managing his people and the location. I'd do 10 stars if I could.
Been to this Whites/Petro a lot over the past 25 years but never came to The Beacon before. Mike was a super nice guy and spot on with my car hauler and def paid attention to detail where road sand and grit builds up. He even said”Here, take my flashlight and walk around the trailer if you want too.” I’m like “Okay thanks!” Great job, great experience all the way around. Will be back again
