If I could I would give this blue beacon a -5. They half assed washed my truck, they didn't do a good job on the engine wash & the spot i told them to worry about the most they didn't touch. You really need to get some people that want to work & take pride in it instead of trying to get as many trucks in & out as they can

They literally completely missed a whole wheel. I’ve attached a picture of the driver side (clean) vs passenger side (dirty). Rushed me into the truck so I couldn’t double check their work before pulling out, and then left all kinds of dirt on anything that isn’t outward facing. I pointed out the dirt on the steer brakes (one of the very important pretrip checks) and they said “$20 extra to wash axle. You’d cut the wheel to the side so we can access it”.
