Still not getting why we have to pay more for removing mug
I've taken my trucks to be washed at this place many times, and they were never perfectly clean, but they looked acceptable, and the price was always around $115. But today, when I took it in, they charged me $235. I think it's a complete lack of respect. The reason they gave was that it was very dirty, and my question is, isn't that why you take a truck to be washed in the first place—because it's dirty?
Regular wash, undercarriage wash & a mud charge $53, they do such a great job & i really like that they added a new lane for the regular pick up trucks it is much faster now, we use to have to wait up to 1hour-2hours and today we waited about 30 minutes, small mud fee but they got it all off
Today I took my truck to be washed and it came out worse than when it went in. The team that washed my truck did a terrible job.
