They didn't even get the bugs off the truck
Truck itself was clean but trailer seems like wasn’t even washed,even tho I asked to use brushes.Truck in front of me had the same issue,looked like they were “washing” the trailer but when semi pulled out trailer was just as dirty as when it pulled into the bay.This was 5pm crew Wasn’t even asked if I wanted tire shine.
I’m a female driver and had a really disappointing experience at this Blue Beacon location. After paying for my wash and walking back to my truck, some of the guys working in the wash bay started catcalling me. That kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Drivers should be able to come in, get their truck washed, and leave without dealing with that kind of treatment.
