Place is under staffed. No respect for people who have to make deadlines. Service is very slow. Waited 2 1/2 hours for trailer washout. Got in line a 4 am
Over 2 hour wait, place has 2 bays, either understaffed or no care for customers time. Loss of revenue and time here, backups create chaos in the parking lot from side entrance, needs to model the lot for proper queue lines. Place has a lot of potential but many employees are dragging their feet not listening to management, taking their sweet time.
