Very disappointed with this BlueBeacon location. I came in on February 9 at around 9:25 PM. Paid $131, went through the wash, and the truck was washed very poorly. I had to walk behind the crew and keep pointing: “clean here, clean there.” Everything was done rushed and sloppy. They did not rinse the soap properly, dirt was still left on the truck. You can count on them to do a Good job a the wash. They rarely do, but if they do fail in one part or another they will very energetically fix it up!
very slow at night times, one lane open, 6 trucks 3 hours wait!
They do worst and worst
Very attentive to my needs as I had oil all over my trailer because of a mechanical issue and they've taken care of it and really hasn't charged any different than what a normal trailer wash would be. Of course, I asked them to brush it and that cost an extra $10.70 but it's well worth it with the issue. I have definitely going to return
