Got brightner on the fuel tank and rims again this is getting ridiculous from this place!! I was very specific on no brightner and to dump the guns but no they don’t listen never again will I stop at this place This isn’t a fleet truck that needs extra acid not to mention I have air rams that open the hood and the wash boy is trying to jam my hood closed while I wash finishing paying!!! This is just disgusting!!!
Very disappointed with Blue Beacon Truck Wash. I paid for a Classic Wash, but the truck was still dirty after the wash (pictures don’t lie). The employee JB Calixte (evening shift around 5 PM) ignored me even after I pointed out the missed spots and showed photos right after coming out of the bay. The JB was also rude and offered no solution, even though the mistake was clearly theirs. Paid full price for poor service. Will not return and do not recommend this location to anyone.
I have been coming to this location for years.Blue beacon is good, but this location is better.
