Very poor service
Great crew and they are excellent at what they do. Their mud removal service was excellent. Edit: Beacon comes through again red truck sat for months after running ash and coal. They did an excellent job as always. 2nd Edit: As always, Blue Beacon has me leaving smiling and proud of how my hard working truck looks. Thank you excellent job.
I pulled up to the door around midnight with one truck in the bay. I waited a little over an hour before backing out and heading down the interstate. Not a single person came out to give me an estimated wait time or explain why they expected me to burn half of my clock waiting on them. They would be better served to put a sign up that says, “We don’t want your business here”. This experience is an accurate caricature of Blue Beacon’s recent decline in service across all locations.
