I purchased ratchet binders and a few boxes of ratchet straps, the quality of this Chinese ratchet binders and mechanism are really bad. The price was extremely high for such bad quality. I also must say that this company has the worst customer service. Never again will I purchase anything from them!!! Very disappointing!
