Don't offer refunds on anything... crap in this day and age, couldn't get out so relied on someone shopping for me, now stuck with it. Wouldnt want anything else so exchange is useless. Wouldnt shop again.
I had my monroe/madonna pierced here a few weeks ago , I loved my entire experience, such a lovely knowledgeable piercer and the manager is so sweet ! 100% recommend xx
I went to get my lip pierced, wonderful staff, served by Emily on the till, very cheerful, friendly, and casual. nice to make conversation with aswell. The piercer was also very friendly and helped me to calm my nerves before going through with the piercing, love this place will ofc be returning 💅💅💋💋
