I came in for a same day appointment on a Tooth Extraction and Crown, they definitely took care of me. Dr. Armstrong was awesome. Any pain I’m feeling is normal for the procedures that were done and I definitely intend on coming back for my cleanings
The front desk staff and Dr. Kendrick were amazing! They got me in quickly for a dental emergency and took care of me with such grace and ease. I truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness. I’ll definitely be coming back here!
RUN FOR YOUR LIFE AND CHOOSE ANOTHER DENTAL OFFICE. Do not let Dr. Cecilia Kendrick work on your teeth, whatever you do. I am 30 years old and I have never had a tooth ache in my entire life. I went to blue ash modern dentistry for a regular check up and teeth cleaning. I get there, they start doing a ton of X-rays. I ask the woman why I need X-rays as I’ve already had my wisdom teeth removed and I just wanted my teeth cleaned. They sit me down in a chair and explain they want to deep clean my gums and fill 3 cavities. I sai... read more
I called weeks ago to schedule an appointment for a root canal and they said to forward my referral and previous x-rays to them. I did so immediately, and heard nothing back from them. I finally called them and asked if they got my x-rays, and they said they did, and that the endodontist said he "doesn't have the tools necessary to do the procedure." WHAT? It's a root canal. I have a dental abscess with a compromised immune system which can kill you, and they never bothered to follow up with me. Shame on you.
